Database search consists of looking up candidates in different public databases (e.g. LinkedIn, job portals, our contact network). We contact candidates who have publicly made their CVs available and this way expressed their openness to new offers.
Screening the public databases can be very time consuming and the short list is likely to contain candidates who are not in fact suitable.
