We give a simple and logical overview of the results; we are also happy to brief your people about them and assist you at workshops for follow-up actions.
We have studied organizations in the private and public sector for over 13 years. During this time we have advised managers in a variety of fields how to develop the working life and guide employee engagement in their organizations. Our cooperation partners include international corporations and Estonian private businesses ranging from IT to manufacturing, as well as public organizations in charge for national security to healthcare.
In these 13 years we have conducted over 170 surveys, questioned over 70 000 respondents and given feedback to over 600 managers.
