We have studied organizations in the private and public sector for over 13 years. During this time we have advised managers in a variety of fields how to develop the working life and guide employee engagement in their organizations. In these 13 years we have conducted over 170 surveys, questioned over 70 000 respondents and given feedback to over 600 managers.
