Anni Paves

Anni helps find new talent above all in HR, finance, marketing and sales. Anni graduated from Business Administration in TalTech, specialising in organisation management, and has background in HR: she has thorough experience in HR and quality management both in a large international corporation and an Estonian company.

Search for new talents has had an important role also in Anni’s previous career; in Tripod, she contributes as a professional recruiter above all to the management of support function recruitment.

Anni has been dancing for more than a half of her lifetime and has had an excellent opportunity to perform with a number of outstanding artists in different projects on large and smaller stages.
