Deniss Kovaljov

Deniss is a junior consultant at Tripod and mostly works on organisational health surveys, as well as customer relations, technical solutions and presentation of survey results.

Deniss attends the Master’s programme in Psychology at the University of Tartu, specialising in organisational psychology. He has previous survey experience, including focus group interviews.

Deniss is above all fascinated by human mind, particularly its workings in an organisation and society. In free time Deniss likes to cook, which is a lovely opportunity to experiment and come up with new solutions. Deniss is proficient in Estonian, Russian and English.
