Liisa Raudsepp

Liisa is a psychologist, coach and supervisor. She’s passionate about developing and helping people and teams to prosper. She does also career counseling and outplacement.

Liisa has 20 years of experience in working with people. She’s got a master degree in psychology from University of Tartu, she’s a Psychodrama Practioner, Coach and Supervisor (3 year training from International Supervision and Coaching Institute). She’s doing second master in HR Management in Tallinn University of Technology.

Liisa has been member of Board in Association of Estonian Career Counsellors and EStonian Supervision and Coaching Association. She’s a certified Adult Educator (level 7), also author of Tripod’s Interviewing Cards.

She enjoys both sports and music, especially jazz improvisations on piano.
