For evaluation of the candidates, we use focused interviews, where we discuss the educational background, previous work experiences, skills, personality and motivation. The interview is the qualitative part of the evaluation process.
We use Tripod’s own psychological tests (read more here) as quantitative evaluation method to complement the interviews. We ask the candidates to take the tests that measure exactly those personality traits or capability aspects that are necessary or required for the position.
Testing allows us to learn more about the candidates and compare them based on particular measurable qualities. This enables us to choose the candidates who have the best prerequisites to perform well in their future job.
By client request, we can use additional evaluation methods (case studies, etc).
